We used Spectrum for my son’s marriage ceremony at the very end of June, and it could not have been safer or better! Danny is amazing, and his attention to detail could not be better! The limo bus was immaculate and allowed our family to social distance for the trip to/from the ceremony and made the day feel a little more normal and special. Very impressed with this company. I called them wanting information about getting a limo for my daughter’s sweet sixteen party. We hired Spectrum Limo through a recommendation for our wedding. We were so pleased with their service from the very beginning to the end. Spectrum’s customer service was amazing. Spectrum took the time during the reservation process to discuss what we really wanted and offer the best most cost-effective options. We decided on 3 trips with a 10 person limo from our hotel to the venue -- one for me and the groomsman, one for my wife and her bridesmaids, and the last one for spouses of the bridal party. For the return trip, we rented the 6-person limo since it was just me and my wife. Both limos were extremely clean, and the interior was equipped with everything you need. Easy controls to manage the temperature, or hook up your phone to play your favorite song and even drop-down mirrors for those last minute touches. Our driver, Danny, was great. Danny arrived early, and made good use of his time. He stopped by the suite to pick up bags and any items that needed to be transported to the venue. He was friendly and mindful of our needs. There were also a few really nice touches that we were not expecting. I won’t disclose so that you can experience for yourself. Danny also assisted in loading all of our gifts, decorations, flowers, center pieces and more into the limo at the end of the night. This was really above and beyond especially since we underestimated how much we would have. Danny was patient and very accommodating since our event ran slightly off schedule. We truly had no idea how important selecting a limo service and driver really is for an event. We are so happy we used Spectrum. I was recently referred to Spectrum not knowing anything about them however they picked up family from Newark, late evening, from an overseas flight. When I booked the ride I told them four passengers and much luggage. The connection went flawlessly and the passengers were so happy they kept texting me from the vehicle. Water and snacks.
